Frankie's Alignment Services

We tried to get them to align our car and it showed it was aligned on the machine. They drove it & it still pulled, badly. They didn’t know why it wouldn’t align & offered our money back. We called back to get the refund & someone answered, said their name was Frankie. He was very rude with my mother, said they weren’t refunding her & hung up on her. That’s VERY unprofessional. Not good business for sure. We’ve never used them before & now we never will again. Definitely won’t recommend. Service: Wheel alignment

This shop is very dishonest. Do not ever take your car here. I had a car in his shop for over a month and never once did I get a straight forward answer as to why. When I went to get the car Frankie didn’t even have it close to finished all he was doing was putting a new engine in the car. I ended up taking my car back from him to find out that the engine he helped get was a blown engine and he made my car much worse than it previously was before Frankie. Other issues happened also with this shop that I’m just not proud of. So if you like your vehicles don’t bring them here. ( Frankie does not have the proper tools to diagnose newer vehicles.) I think it was so great. We went there to see if they could linemy son's car up. they told us maybe tomorrow. no other company in Kannapolis or Concord with line it up. they looked at it to make sure that could do it the next day. They decided to do it right then. the car handles great. It was wearing out a set tires every two weeks. now think of the money that they help save us . The service was great. I highly recommend this place. thank you Frankie
