Long story short...took my VW Beetle to get work done. The work was done incorrectly. Rob didn't want to take responsibility and do the right thing. I took legal action against Rob and his shop, and won a judgement against him. I'm still waiting for my money!!!
A friend used my car and saw my front skid was hanging. My friend took my car there without my permission ???? ????..they removed parts of the skid protector and cracked the front bumper of my car. Law is before doing work on anyone's car must receive identification from the owner of the vehicle ???? . Now I'm left with a unwanted bill. Not good.
Bobby and his staff are always welcoming and easy to work with. The owner Bobby is one of the nicest guys you will meet, and he is always fair on price and will not do unnecessary repairs. I trust them with all my car repairs.
