My vehicle was damaged while having a manufacturer warranty repair and was sent to another collision center. The repair there created more damage. It was finally taken to K&M and repaired properly. The staff there were friendly and genuinely cared about the repair of my vehicle. The facility was immaculately kept and they had state of the art equipment everywhere. My vehicle was returned to me in better than new condition. Thanks to Kyle, Michael and Will for great communication throughout the complete process. They eased the pain of a complete nightmare. I'm impressed with how responsive the customer service of K&M is, I called, and on the same day, I came and spoke with Tina, who gave me a no-nonsense assessment of my car damages. Unfortunately, my wife's car will soon no longer be driveable. The decision to let it go is not easy, but when the car safety is now compromised, that's the outcome.

Tina and Allen and the whole crew at K&M Collision in Hickory, NC were outstanding, professional, and excellent in helping me with body work on my car which had a lot of damage from an accident. They worked with my insurance company to get the repairs done just right. The car is beautiful and it looks brand new. The paint matched perfectly, and on top of that, they even detailed the inside and outside of the car which really added a nice touch.
