After wrecking my car I had my car towed to Hendrik Collision in Hickory North Carolina on LR Boulevard to be repaired. And I am so happy that they were able to repair my car in a timely fashion. They were on the list my insurance provided. I called around and they could get me in the soonest and were most convenient to me. The day I took it for an estimate, Alex was amazingly kind and told me the repairs would take about 3 weeks depending on parts. During this time he and Octavia were awesome! I had made the mistake of not getting rental car coverage, so I called each week to check on the status. They were always kind and accommodating. They sent text messages regarding the progress as well. My car was completed in exactly 3weeks! The work was flawless! You can’t tell there was ever any damage nor where the damage was.
