Firestone Complete Auto Care

First person in at 7am. to get a tire checked for slow leak. Tried to sell a new tire after finding a nail in my tire. Instead I asked them to plug or patch it. Took them about an hour and a half to do this. Cost about double as most places. I should gone somewhere else after the guy doing the job didn't know how to start my car

I used Firestone when I bought a new set of tires for my daughter's car because they price matched Sam's. I also purchased their lifetime alignment that they offer. My daughter took her car in to the Hickory Nc store because the tires were making a noise. They charged her for rebalancing her tires when that should have been part of the price match due to it being part of Sam's deal. They do not stand behind what they sale, they are the ones that did not balance the tire correctly the first time, or they would not have needed it redone with well under 5000 total miles on the tires.

Great place to have car work done. Jimmy was extremely helpful and was very accommodating as was the rest of the staff.
