Made an appointment online on Friday morning 04/21/2023, to have annual inspection and an oil change performed. I even called an hour or so afterwards to confirm that the appointment was received and was ok/confirmed. The receptionist stated that yes, appointment was received and confirmed for inspection and oil change for 04/24/2023 @ 8:30am. I dropped my car off at the garage on Sunday evening 4/23/3023 so that it would be there first thing in the morning on Monday and it could get worked in for the service with no problems that morning… and I even left the car there at the garage all day. When I picked up the car on 4/24/2023 around 4pm, I found that the inspection was completed, but no oil change was ever performed. Now, after leaving my car all day at the garage for these services to be performed, I now still have to make another appointment to have my car down additional time for me to perform the oil change or get it done elsewhere.
