Tri-City Auto Care Tire Pros

I came in for what I thought would be a tire balance and state inspection and ended up needing a new set of tires due to an alignment issue. Everyone was so patient to explain the issue and pricing. It was the best experience I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful not just for the amazing customer service but also for the free snacks, coffee, and Wi-Fi. I’ll definitely be back. I came to them after having a flat tire in rt 85 on my way to Baltimore. Kristy was very kind and assured me they would take care of replacing the tire right away. She had one of their more experienced technicians examined the other tires to insure that there were no other potential issues. Thankfully the other tires were ok. With that done they slipped my car into their schedule and I was on the road again within about an hour total. I also asked them if they could also check my fluids (for my peace of mind) which they did graciously! I made it back to Baltimore without further problems. I am grateful for their kindness and graciousness! I will recommend them to anyone driving down their way!

Racist staff and owner! They took my car in to work on n it and never fixed it. Charged me because it took them so long to even tell me they couldn’t fix it. They never looked for the part for my car. I found another mechanic that will fix the car in one day. Told me I needed a steering column when the whole time I just needed a part for the column. They treated me with disrespect and tried to charge me extra. I arrived and my car was in worse shape than when I left it. I had to ask them to put my steering wheel Back on because it was off even though it came in on.
