I cannot recommend Konrad auto repair any higher than 5 stars because I’m just not allowed to. I would give Ryan and co a 100on a scale of 1-10. I have never met a more honest and straightforward mechanic since his father (who would’ve been so proud). EVERY time time time we have taken our cars to him, we have been 100% satisfied. We travel almost 30 miles to entrust him with our business (and security) and I see no reason why anyone else would not also. You will never ever find a place as good as Konrad. My father has been coming here for years and has always talked up this place and how honest and professional the staff are. Now that I own my own car and have taken it in to them to have it worked on, I can safely say that they're everything I've been told and more! Honest, reliable, and very communicative. Konrad's is nice, honest, tells you what is a necessary repair and what is optional, and #1 in my book doesn't talk down to women. The owner recently identified a problem other mechanics have missed for years and now my car is running normally again.
