First time Lexus owner and I have to say that more than any other car company, Lexus dealer knows how to treat the customer right. At Johnson Lexus Durham, from check-in to loaner car and check-out, they provided very quick, stress-free, efficient and courteous customer service unlike any other car brands that I owned before and currently own, including BMW and Mercedes.
I love Johnson Lexus service in Durham. I seriously won't buy another brand due to my worries they can't compete with the current level of customer care service I get there.
