Charlie's Transmission

This place is super top notch in my book! I was having a issue with my lexus, thought it was transmission issues & was referred there. I came in & met Edgar he said he would check it out. He called me the next day & said its not the transmission but some kind of electrical issue. He was very honest with me & told me he didn't know what to do & didn't want to start charging me to figure it out knowing he couldn't. He then said let me do some more research & called me the next day to let me know he was referring me to another shop that specializes in electrical work. I respect him for being so honest and will refer everyone to him. Honesty speaks volumes to me & I definitely appreciate it! They definitely won me over!! If you are having transmission problems Charlie's transmission is the ONLY place in town you want to go!! Trust you won't regret it.
