Gave outrageous estimate claiming sensor recalibration mandated by corprate which come to find out is NOT industry standard for repairs needed. Ended up at another company having repaired for a fraction of the cost. Pretty much rude to me. Will never go back to this place.
I have recently had collision repair serviced here twice over the past few months and the team at this location has done an INCREDIBLE job both times! The customer service is top notch and constantly provided updates with the repairs and when it would be completed. The diligence and attentiveness, not only to the repairs, but completing it in a super timely manner was more than appreciated.
