SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

This has happened about a year ago, but I feel compelled to leave a review after learning a few things. First, I was charged 40 dollars by the manager to fix a leak in my tire when the mechanic told me it'd be 20. The manager retracted the 40 dollar charge, she looked frustrated. It also took over 2 hours to fix leak, because the "tire guy" wasnt in yet. Tell me before accepting the job instead of leaving me stressed since i was on a schedule. Some places fix leaks for free by the way. Next issue is the fuel injector flush. I was told by same manager that it NEEDS to be done. After talking to my uncle who is a car fanatic and reading about it online, it is absolutely not necessary. They have done a good job on service, but they will absolutely try to get the most money out of you and that is not a business that I will visit again. Service: Tires

SpeeDee Oil Change has been the automobile repair shop for me. The one in Concord, NC is my absolute favorite location. The employees are well educated and helpful while delivering great customer service. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I went to get my car inspected and even though it didn't pass because of the headlights, the guy there told me where I could get the headlights and how much it would cost for them to put them in. Super helpful. I'd highly recommend taking your car here because they actually care.
