Finding a mechanic that you can trust is always difficult. Being a woman, I often assume that many try to get over and inflate prices for sole profit. Not only did I trust Mark with my vehicle but he's an honest and kind man. A friend of mine recommend him to me. I had my car towed to Boles for a second opinion on what Chev had diagnosed. Not only did Mark tell me what needed to be fixed on my car, he told me why. He provides all the information I needed to go forward. Although Mark did not service my car I would recommend his shop to everyone. He provided me with his professional opinion and insight regarding multiple cars as I started my car buying process. Boles Automotive Service Center gets an A+ in my book!

Honest, quick & very reasonable. Found out my radiator was leaking and had it replaced. I would definitely recommend for anyone having vehicle troubles!

I moved to Charlotte about 4 years ago and trying to find an honest mechanic that I could trust was a chore. After coming across Boles Automotive and reading all the wonderful reviews I took my car there to serviced and haven't taken it anywhere else unless it was recommended by the owner, Mark. I can only further reiterate the positive reviews that everyone else has left. He and his wife, Rachael, truly are some of the most honest and genuine people I have met here.
