Nick's Auto Repair

First if all, they always have a ton of cars being worked on, so they must have a great reputation. I also heard many great things about Nick's, and being new to the area do not have a trusted mechanic yet. That all changed when I got my brake pads replaced here. I had an honest experience with mechanic, didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all, and didn't feel any up sale pressure at all. Nick's will be my go to place from now on!

I have been coming to Nick's Auto Repair for a few years now, but I doubt I will be any longer. The guy is little grumpy, but that's not a big deal. The big deal is that when you schedule your oil change two weeks in advance, he tells you to bring your car "first thing in the morning" and leave the car with him for the whole day, what he doesn't tell you is that his "first thing in the morning" is between 8 and 9am and if it's a little later than 9, he's going to give your slot away. I think he's a little spoiled with a lot of business coming his way here in Plaza Midwood, so I'm going to make it easier for him and take my business elsewhere. Services: Brakes, Oil change

One of the worst things about moving to a new town is finding an auto mechanic that does outstanding work for a reasonable price and is completely honest. If you're new to Charlotte or tired of being gouged by your current service provider, Nick's IS the place for you! While we have lived in Charlotte 20 years, our mechanic retired a few years ago and thank goodness we found Nick's. I have an older model import that has required a lot of maintenance and am always pleased with their work, turnaround time and candid, no-nonsense approach. Most recently, Jimmy saved us upwards of $700 by finding a used electronic part vs. the new part install. Words can hardly convey how much I appreciate Jimmy and the team at Nick's Auto Repair.
