This is the only auto shop where I’ve been truly trusting as a single female! This is my second time using this shop, and my experience has been superb on both occasions, first for vandalism and second for a new battery. When you call, Rachel will answer the phone, and she is kind, patient, communicative, and knowledgeable. She is willing to explain everything in a way that is understandable and helpful. She efficiently works with insurance adjusters, and provides more than enough information to them to ensure that you get the coverage and work that you deserve. You will receive updates frequently via text message, so you never have to wonder what exactly is going on or wait on hold on the phone. They will send all of your inspections, request for work approval, and extremely detailed information about every piece of your car in an electronic portal that is always accessible. Don't take your car here unless your willing to leave it at least 10 hours before even getting diagnostic results as I was told by the "manager" this is normal business practice. Technician doesn't even come to work until 9:00 but you can make appointments at 7:30. Had appointment at 7:30 when they opened and was contacted twice, once at 9:45AM and was told nothing other then we can do a diagnostic for $85, then was contacted at 5PM with a $1,000 quote and that they closed in 30 minutes. Called several times to check on status as I scheduled to wait for my car and was told there were cars ahead of me and they hadn't got to me, 8 hours after dropping it off. Had my car towed to a reputable specialist who will do the correct work for half the price and not take a full day to give let me know what's going on. I called to get a quote for an alignment on my Mercedes S-class. When I called the store I was greeted by the rudest lady in the world. Her name was Rachel. She’s talking to me as if I’m her child asking me how do I know I need this service and why do you think you need this service. I further explained my situation and before I can get anything out she immediately turns me down and try’s to send me on my way. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect in my life with auto shop EVER. I even asked her to why she will not service my vehicle she continues to talk to me so rudely I’ve became overwhelmed and got frustrated as to why my services has been denied.
