Body Works Plus

Body Works Plus has been amazing so far! When Enterprise didn’t show up to pick me up, they made sure I had a ride to go pick up my rental car. My insurance company has been very slow, and they have pretty much left me feeling ignored at this point. I had the best experience using Body Works Plus. Their communication was top notch! They kept me in the loop with text msgs, emails, and phone calls. Christine is absolutely AMAZING, as well as the entire team! But, Christine is the face/voice of the company, and is a pleasure to work with. My car was finished earlier than expected and she met me on a Saturday (closed on wknds) morning to let me get my car because I couldn’t make it by closing time on Fri. Who comes in on a weekend to accommodate a customer? A person who loves their job, and goes above and beyond. This is the ONLY body shop that I will use or refer to anyone. Service: Body & Trim

Body Works Plus is amazing!! My car was towed to this shop after a bad car accident. Unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled. However, Brian provided amazing customer service and guidance throughout this process! He helped me to ensure I got every dollar for my cars value from the insurance, kept in communication with me, and went the extra mile when he did not have to. In addition, after purchasing a new car, he took a look at it and insured it was safe with no prior damage. I can’t think him and his staff enough. They’re professional, get work done in a timely manner, and treats their customers like family! Couldn’t be happier with their service. Thank you Body Works Plus for all that you have done!
