HMB Auto Repair

I took my car here for an inspection and routine maintenance based on the reviews (they opened recently explaining the lack of reviews). Mac, the owner, fit me in same-day and everything went smoothly. Mac's communication skills surpass what I've experienced with other mechanics. Most importantly, he actually did what he said he would... sounds small but I've found that a lot of mechanics have issues with this. I would recommend HMB to anybody looking for an honest mechanic in Charlotte. Services: Brakes, Oil change, Auto maintenance

Great team here - courteous, friendly, and on top of it. Called in to see if they were free for an inspection and they had me in and out in under 15 minutes. Would come back for any future auto needs.

Towed my car there to get transmission looked at. They ghosted me for three days, didn't fix the car (said there was no problem found) and gave it back at no charge. If they didn't have time or ability to fix it, shouldn't have held me up for 3 days, never answering the phone. I got it towed elsewhere and transmission is being rebuilt now fyi.
