Mr. Ward was very knowledgeable regarding the issue with our transmission. When we first spoke, he went into great detail about what he has seen in the past with this particular model transmission and even named off symptoms we had been having before I even mentioned them. The upfront quote for parts, labor, and total job matched the invoice with no end surprises. Parts were ordered and we were kept in the loop of the status and when the work could be done.
