Cochran's Muffler and Auto

Tried to get some exhaust work done. Then wouldn't answer the phone for days. I did drive out a few times and it was shut down. I can't review the quality of work but the customer service is lacking. Now that being said life happens. Toss a note on the door or even just a call back days later would have been awesome.

I paid them to do my exhaust, and I gave them three chances to fix the leak. They attempted to “fix” the leak three times, and failed. They didn’t offer a refund or apologize. They hoped I wouldn’t notice that something was still wrong. I ended up having to take it to Petal Muffler the next day and they fixed the leak in no time. I wish I would have taken it there to begin with, and I would have saved time and money. Some of the best lessons in life are paid for, and I hope you don’t have to go through the same. Honest work at a fair price. They were able to get me in the same day I called for two flex pipes that were bad on my 2009 Malibu. Josh and everyone who works there are very nice and professional as well. They stayed open 30 minutes past their closing time to finish up my car too. Great guys. Service: Exhaust
