This place is very unprofessional. When u ask them to look at one thing they lie and tell you it's another thing. When you come back with the same problem they tell you it's something else. They are clueless about what they are doing when it comes to car care. It's best to take your car to Firestone because they don't get the job done correctly.

Was told of a 30 minute wait time only to be pushed to the back of the line repeatedly. As people walked in they were put in front of me. All I needed was a tire rotation. After waiting for almost three hours they refused to rotate my tires. They wanted me to buy new tires and charge me 600 for two tires. Don’t waste your time. They won’t keep their word on anything.

Arrived 810am for oil change at 1030 I ask about first come first serve, non existent policy , just talk. At 10 20 thru pulled car in . Bought all 4 tires from gateway 27 k miles , all worn out , 50k supposedly mile warrantee but no rebate to replace even though they have record of tire rotation . Too bad so sad attitude. After 20 yrs I won't be back . Will put complaint on bbb and internet to warn others.
