They may know about cars, specifically, MB, but they need to go a long way to knowing about people! Of all the things in the world for me to do, driving to this obscure location, it is NOT so I can tell a lie! In the 9 years I have been in this region, not ONE of their automotive brethren mentioned their existence! That there is nothing to be done to revive the car; fine; but the COLOSSAL gall to imply that I, in any way, fabricated a story is beyond the pale. Next time a) make sure the prospective client has left before you yak about them; b) don’t talk so loud; and c) get the facts. If you’re so concerned about what has transpired over the course of the last nine years, make an appointment! The NERVE of you!

Phenomenal service and attention! I had to wait a few days for an available appointment, but my need wasn't sure and it was well worth the wait. He (not sure exactly who I worked with) took time to explain what was needed, why, and answered any and all questions that I had. And, I they used factory parts so no worries there. All of that for a reasonable price. What more could anyone ask for?
