HOW WOULD YOU LET US LEAVE WITH OUR CAR KNOWING DAMN WELL THIS IS HOW YOU RIGGED OUR BATTERY TERMINAL! HELL ITS NOT EVEN A TERMINAL ITS JUAT METAL TWISTED AROUND THE POSITIVE CONNECTION! WE WOULD HAVE PAID FOR NEW TERINALS AND NOW OUR CAR WONT START AND THE BATTERY OVERHEATED! NOW WE ARE STRANDED AND CANT JUMP OUR CAR OFF AND I HAD TO BE AT WORK TONIGHT! YOU JUST COST ME MY JOB!! I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH STATEFARM AND YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AND HAVING IT TOWED AND GETTING IT FIXED !!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WE WILL BE GETTING OUR DEDUCTIBLE BACK! THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED OUR CAR TO CATCH ON FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!
