I had my oil changed today. Everyone on the service team was very professional and extremely nice. I was in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube. Service: Oil change
Usually I would not post a bad review, but I really do not understand what happened during my visit today. The technician asked to turn off the vehicle to allow the “hazardous conditions” of hot oil to cool, and I then proceeded to sit first in line for over an hour with no movement in either bay. The technician was barely working while talking to the customer in front of me about how many times he had been arrested in Arkansas. I understand customer service and friendly conversation, but I doubt this is the professional image the company is aiming for. After waiting 80 minutes, I left. I will never be back to this location.
