Came in for wheel alignment on my truck… around 2 hours with 3 people ahead. Great work!
I was sold 2 batteries that apparently had sat on the shelf for a year. They wouldn't stay charged. I'm here now trying to exchange them and instead of an apology, they're giving me a hard time. Going to make me wait 2 hours before someone could even check them. They already put me having to drive 3 hours round trip to exchange them and want to waste my entire day. 2 cars here. Its not like they are packed. It you buy batteries from these people, check the stickers people. I won't do business with them anymore. Editing over an hour later. Was waiting for the battery to charge so it can be tested again. Notice picture, it wasn't even hooked to a charger. Also notice in picture all the out of date batteries they are selling. Napa will not warranty these out of date batteries. Battery test at 8:30 am said replace battery but yet here it is 12 and I'm just leaving with batteries. That place is a joke.
The staff is wonderful, friendly, and sympathetic to the issues at hand. Love them.
