I highly recommend this tire shop. The people are high quality, the service is high quality, and the high quality products last. I had a complete accident happen during a new tire installation. The very kind and friendly technician and extremely competent assistant manager (Tay), recognized the mistake, accepted responsibility, and immediately went to work to rectify the issue at hand. Folks, nowadays it’s hard to find people who actually desire to take care of customers. Tay went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and is who I consider the gem of this place. I have had two new tires installed here on my Lincoln Navigator and highly recommend! Tell ‘em Roy sent ya! Thank you, Tay and RNR Hattiesburg! Great work, y’all! I’ll be back and send family and friends here too!
Everyone here was super nice and helpful!! They had me in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend for repairs, new or used tires!
