Firestone told me I needed ball joints and tie rods totaling $1525.00. Took my vehicle to John's and what Firestone told me needed was not the problem. My sway bar was just hanging on the vehicle. They fixed that and a few other things for $453.00. Truly pays to get second opinions even if you're trying to be cheap.???? P.S. super cute shop mascot ????

Had my Daughter's car for 4 weeks got it back paid $967.00 and still had the same problem.. took it back had it for 2 more weeks and still not fixed. Said they can't fix it and didn't get a refund cause John is on vacation and won't answer phone!!!! And stole stuff out her car!!!!! Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Transmission repair

I will never let them touch my car again. I had to take my car back to them 5 times. Also they wanted to charge me for towing fees when if they had done the job right first it wouldn't have had to been brought back. I lost my job and the job that I was about to start I can't pursue it due to them still having my car after 5 times of sending it back. Bad service I will never go back. And they get no stars.
