Every appointment I had the guy never gave me A Specific time to be there he kept rescheduling and rescheduling I drove all way from North County to the city I’ve been in the oil change for about a week and a half now waiting on them just for me to get here earlier than my appointment for him to tell me that he won’t be able to get to it until later on or Monday it is Friday

Very incompetent in their work. They delayed fixing our car. Exagerrated the cost because it was an insurance claim. After they said they had fixed it, the car was still faulty with noises. They gave a date for pickup. We called them 2 days prior to know if its ready, they said it was. We got there and it was still not fixed. Our car was literally abandoned after they had taken the money. Worst auto shop my wife and I have experienced. Please don’t patronize their service. It would be a waste of your time.

Full of lies and non work very ghetto and unprofessional kept telling me lies and when I come back same dame lies ..dont waste your time here work suck and full of old people who don't know what they doing deserve 0 stars it's a better body shop rite down the street from them went in and got my stuff done in less then 45 min and also great price thank God for them being down the street from west end auto ...Dont waste your time on West End Body shop u be disappointed...Sad
