Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers Downtown

I have used this Dobbs for almost 5 years, and every visit is fantastic. The staff is always very courteous, knowledgeable of my car's issues, and they do their best to give a quick turn around with my vehicle. One time, I had a flat tire on my way out of town for vacation, and even though they were booked that day and had one mechanic working at that time, the manager went out of his way to help fix my tire and get me back on the road so I would not have to skip my trip. My car has also had problems that were difficult to diagnose, and the shop definitely honors their warranty, even bringing the car back several times until it is fixed.

Dobbs Tire & Auto Center Are top notch! They got us in and out very quickly. Service was 100% quality. All the guys there are very helpful with any questions we had . I would use Dobbs again in a for any of our car needs

Lousy work. Towed my car in after I ran over a large chunk of concrete that fell from a bridge. This lazy shop only looked at the wheel that took the impact. Replacing it cost just over $500. I decided not to go through insurance because that was my deductible. They fixed it and did a decent job - overpriced. However, shortly after, I went for an oil change at a different shop, and Dobbs had completely missed that the oil pan had been damaged from the impact. Cost me another $500. If Dobbs had done their job and looked over the car like I asked, they should have caught it. It would have gone through insurance. I had been to this shop a few times for minor things. They do the bare minimum to get your car fixed and on its way. For that reason, I give them 2 stars because they are flexible and can be timely on occasion. Still, they're not very detailed.
