Gray's Auto Service

I've been there now three times and I've never felt better after coming back from a Auto repair shop. The people at Gray's Auto Service are very friendly and professional and all the services I'd requested were fulfilled to my needs. They did not try to sell additional services and are really focused on providing a perfect customer service! I will definitely go there again for safety inspections, check-ups, and repairs! Update 12/2022: Still going to this place for all car-related issues and what's written in my initial review is still true.

I've used Gray's for years. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Over the years they have been understanding and worked with me to keep my vehicles in the best possible shape. They've helped me in purchasing vehicles and weighing options. They've helped fill in the knowledge gaps I have in certain areas if I'm trying to do work on my own. I've even towed my car over 100 miles once to get it back to Gray's. For me it can't be overstated how great it is to be able to walk into a shop and be treated like a person rather than an assembly line of clientele. I was stranded out of town with my two dogs on an extremely hot day when my vehicle failed to run (NO AIR CONDITIONING). Gray's was already booked up for a full day's work, but took me in anyhow. The mechanic's quickly and accurately diagnosed my vehicle's problem and had me on way within a couple of hours after they had opened. I was in Missouri to pick up a rescue dog that I had adopted and had traveled from Minnesota over 500 miles. All the employees at Gray's were fantastic and super helpful. Gray's lived up to its wonderful rating online. I can't recommend Gray's enough to do the shop justice! What started out as a nightmare quickly dissipated in to a pleasant experience.
