Charged me $261.17 to put in a Duralast Gold battery (JCI24F-DL). Instead put in a Super Start Economy battery, which is $90 cheaper and much lower quality. I tried to politely confront him later, and rather than admit his mistake he crossed out the part number, trying to hide evidence. After I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they created a fake story of our encounter and provided false evidence to the credit card company to void my dispute. Now my only recourse is taking them to court, which would be prohibitively expensive and time-consuming. Instead I’ll pay it forward to the next customer. Do not go here. Service: Battery
