Called today to see if they do nitrogen tire fills. The easy answer would’ve been no. But, believe it was John went above and beyond giving me the information and advice I needed. That is excellent not just customer service but being a good person. I would definitely use this shop when I have future needs or recommend them to someone looking for an honest shop.
The price quoted over the phone was the price I was charged. That never happens. They took the time to explain to me exactly what they did to help me understand the process. My 75 Chevelle Malibu runs better then ever down the HWY. Thanks NKC Break.
Got quotes 400-600 for changing break pads. When I asked why so high, the hung up on me. When I called back he asked me “well what do you want to pay?”. Instead of explaining why the service was so high, he just told me why don’t you go somewhere else and see if you even need brakes..... isn’t this a place that services breaks? Never really dealt with someone that rude but I’m going to assume he was having a bad day.
