Absolute class and professionalism from top to bottom. I was already having a bad week and took the news I needed a fuel pump replaced in the worst way. They patiently educated me and calmed me down, which wasn't their job, but they actually care about every customer. If you live in driving distance of this shop, and I mean even 2+ hours away, then you need to take your vehicle here for maintenance and repair.
