Gladstone Auto Repair has been in business for a long time. They are one of the few legitimate businesses left. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an annoying electrical problem. The technicians at Gladstone Auto Repair weren't able to fix the electrical problem. They were honest and said that because of how the manufacturer has the computer system programmed I would have to go to the dealer and get it fixed. They were able to research and preform a procedure that eliminates the need to apply the brake and the accelerator at the same time when starting to reverse or drive forward. I can now drive my Jeep without the car automatically shifting into park after taking my foot off of the brake. Since I can drive my Jeep without the extra effort require, I will not be taking it to the dealership for repair. I'm not going to pay them to start putting expensive parts on my Jeep that might not fix the problem and make it worse. I do wish that Gladstone Auto Repair would have taken payment f
