Great service, would highly recommend. Fair pricing. Car felt 5 years newer after I drove off after having master cylinder replaced and tie rod replaced. They, like all other automotive places I have been to, identify a list of things above and beyond what you brought your car in for. They went through the list, identified what were safety issues and what were not, what would fail me on my car inspection (they also identified when that was up for renewal) and what wouldn't. They emailed me the list with prices and were fine when I asked for a day to think over it. They did have some double charge items on the list, like break inspection charge but I just opted in to the safety and maintenance items I wanted addressed and had the car back the next day after giving the go-ahead on the work. Professional, courteous, thorough, and fair. I was told I would get an email with pictures at the time the maintenance list and pricing was sent to me, but I never received that.

S&S was able to diagnose and repair an electrical issue for my vehicle that the dealership couldn’t figure out. They also diagnosed another issue and didn’t even try to sell me on the repairs. They recommended I take it to the dealership since the repair was covered under manufacturer warranty. S&S is honest and thorough which I believe are the two most important parts of a small business and independent service facility. Greg was very professional from the beginning to the end. The pricing was reasonable and what I like the most is there was a 2 yr/24,000 mile warranty provided. I had a brief encounter with the rest of the staff and everyone was really nice. I had a lot of work done on my vehicle and the work was done promptly.
