Sarah is Awesome, Very Friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to car's! Your vehicle is in great hands at this location! They have fast service 2 tires and an oil change took approximately 1 hour for us.

3/25 Appointment was at 4 , they didn’t take the truck till 5. Got done at 6 when they close. We got into the truck and the wheel alignment was completely jacked, worse than before we even took it in. To go straight the wheel was turned to the right. So we turned around and took it right back and the guy had said the person who does it left for the night and it was less than 5 mins of leaving. We had to bring it back the next morning for them to tell us it’s gonna take a couple of hours, we then left it to have it fixed. Got a call back saying something else was wrong and that the alignment won’t last long before we need another alignment. It’s still not completely fixed and still isn’t straight. 10/10 don’t recommend! UPDATE - TRUCK JUST BROKE DOWN Service: Wheel alignment

After getting my car alignment fixed my car car seem to have other issues. Not sure if firestone had anything to do with it but it was for sure not driving the same as when i dropped it off.
