AMAZING! Love them! The staff was so friendly and understanding of my time constraints and budget. I didn’t feel pressured at all. My mechanic, John, is the best and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very transparent about cost and the time it would take to do my repair. When I went in with my friend to set up getting her car fixed, he was very clear about what he thought her issue was and checked us for understanding while he explained it. I have never had a more pleasant experience with any mechanic ever. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and boy howdy am I going to tell everyone to go here! My husband and I have had some horrible experiences in the last year with automotive repair- Family Wrench Auto could not have been more the opposite ! They were honest about our issues, gave us a fair quote, and even honestly told us what could wait for a while- which we are grateful for considering we're having a baby soon-. They had the repairs complete in ONE business day for repairing our brakes. We were so happy with their work, their customer service, and their efficiency !
