I woke up to a flat tire but had to go see my husband in the hospital due to an emergency. I told the manager of my urgency an he was so kind and empathetic to me. They pulled my car right in, fixed my tire and had me in and out in 20 min or less! That is what I call great service all around. I cannot thank them enough. I'll definitely go back for all my tire repairs moving forward. Service: Tires
Needed IDOC for out of state vehicle purchase through Enterprise Car Sales. Inspector available (unlike other Firestone I tried to get needed paperwork completed twice in Blue Springs off Highway 7). Was told wait would be 20ish minutes, which I feel is not bad for walk in. Firestone has an account with Enterprise car sales and therefore the needed odometer reading/inspection was free to me.
