Fair, fast and friendly! My car runs like new! Thank you!! Mom said you are the best, she's totally right! My engine light was on. The service start stop was on. They replaced plug wire and coil. I needed oil change and they did that also. Mike also advised me on other issues. My dealership Lee's Summit CDJ couldn't seem to find the time to call me back. Absolutely awesome experience with Buddy's -- probably the best I've ever had with an auto repair shop. We came to KC from Sioux Falls, SD. We had the catalytic converter stolen literally hours before we were set to depart from KC after our vacation. Sent the car to Thorobred Ford, because it was "in network" for our insurance. They told us it would be weeks, if not over a month, before it was done. Called Buddy's. Mike, the general manager (from my understanding), told us he could have it done sooner, so we had the car towed to him. Mike was the easiest dude to communicate with that I've ever experienced in the world of auto repair, and seemed to genuinely care about our situation. He worked hard to communicate the details with us as the event unfolded. When we found out that the part we needed was on a nationwide backorder, Mike called around and found one for us, and had it overnight shipped to their shop to get the work done sooner. They were great up until I picked up my car. Were extremely helpful in telling me why they didn't want to fix my car and I completely got it. I went to pick it up to take it to a mechanic that could fix it and they hadn't put my car together. I had parts missing off of it. It had been sitting outside for days with a cover to the engine missing, so that if it rained it would have gotten water into it making it completely impossible to repair, as it is a hybrid and cannot get any water around it. Mike did apologize about it and was very professional, but I will not be using them again.
