Sad day for a long time Midas customer! I have always brought my car and referred my children to this location as well. As of today that all has changed. My son's car, which we're joint owners on, has been mishandled and now we are facing engine replacement due to the mistake. While I do understand we're human and these things happen, The first approach in this scenario would have been to offer assistance and take accountability but that was not done. The car was serviced here for a thermostat replacement and oil change. Paperwork states no leaks and oil change performed. Fast forward less than a week later the car is overheating and new shop states engine oil everywhere and oil filter cap needed at least a full turn. Due to this engine now needs replacing. I literally have it in writing that you all are at fault but no one wants to fix the issue. I've now had to turn to the attorney General and my lawyer for a fix. Friendly staff replaced my alternator belt, but battery light on dashboard remains on. I was told it will reset after 45 miles of driving, but it remains on after 200 miles of driving. Hopefully it’s not a big deal
