They seem to be honest. After Firestone said I needed ball joints and couldn't do my state inspection for several days I came to Western tire. They inspected my car and said the front end was tight. I had not experienced any problems with my car previously. Firestone was going to charge me around a $1000 for the work. This time Western changed my tires, shocks and alignment. Great work and courteous. But the best way to get service is to make an appointment first.

I wouldn’t go anywhere df else! After paying so much to figure out what was wrong with my car at different places , western actually took the time out to drive my car and showed so much care and figured out what was wrong with my car! Wish I had known about them months ago! They are very trust worthy! And from now on going forward i will always take my car to them! Thank you so much western!
