They got me in and out. They handled everything with my insurance company!
There's a 50/50 chance that even if you make an appointment for an oil change you won't get your car back for an entire day because they put cars from the day before that "they haven't finished" before your own appointment. Which brings up the question... what's the point of making an appointment???? If your car won't be seen until hours later after dropping off? ???? Service: Oil change
