Went in for safety & emissions but needed catalytic converter replaced to pass. Worked with Adam who gave me options with No pressure, kept me informed & offered a way to give me more time to decide. He was knowledgeable, helpful & patient--esp answering all my questions. Estimate was honest & fair (I checked!) I asked them to check another part of car & received estimate with no pressure to do it immediately. Although parking a bit tight, location is great???????? Due to inclimate weather I arrived later but they still completed by EOD after we agreed on a time change.
