I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years with great service. This morning the tech was so rude and unprofessional, that I backed out and left. I'm not sure if I will be going back.

This is the most horrible place. These men appeared to have lil knowledge of a simple oil change. First the man was unsure of what the reverse light was; it was out and I had to tell him it was the reverse light. Yes I should have left right then. Then the man couldn't get the hose right to extract my oil, then they where unaware of taking the top piece off my motor to get to the filter; again I had to tell them their knowledge of the job. Then they was confused as to why their filter was smaller than mine and TRIED to put it in my car, by this time I have asked them several times if they knew what they were doin. I had really had enough at that point. I told them to put my old filter in put oil in my car and I NEED TO GO NOW; 40 mins later hahaha. Then the man checked my oil level WITH MY CAR OFF. I left. I checked my oil and the dip stick read low. I'm 57; grew up with mechanics. I know stuff. ???? never in all my days have I seen such incompetence for a 20 min oil change. I did not
