Eric Wilson, the manager, and his team were quick to diagnose my car. I appreciated the detailed explanation from Eric and his calm demeanor on what was needed to prevent future engine failure. The financing options he provided was a huge help, especially with Christmas right around the corner. I also had the chance to meet Christopher, the technician. He was very informative and very confident in his work. His years of experience made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands. Thank you Blue Springs Midas!

Stephen and the front desk lady were very helpful and knowledgeable when doing work on my vehicle today. They were quick and courteous and honest. I will definitely be going back.

My appointment was booked and confirmed via phone at 9:00am Saturday. The appointment is set for 3:30pm same day. I get there, 10 minutes early to make sure I'm on time for the (((((((SCHEDULED))))))) appointment.. just for the guy at the front desk to tell me I have to reschedule for Monday because they were behind and suddenly got busy. From walk ins I assume. My main issue with that is there was no communication. When I asked why no one called my number on file to tell me, He said he didn't know they would be that busy "until about 20 minutes ago". But no one called to tell me that. I wasted my time showing up. The walk ins overpower appointments I guess.
