Had Dale's repair my Infiniti after a minor accident. It is as close to perfect as I have ever seen. You can't tell it was ever in an accident. I'm kinda accident prone, so I have had my share of experiences at body shops and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else if I need work done. Super nice and friendly staff and top notch body work! Highly recommended. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
I have had multiple vehicles repaired at Dale’s Automotive over the years. It has normally been a trusted repair center in my previous visits, however, this last visit I can honestly say that I question their integrity and whether or not I will ever return. While at Dale’s for repair our car was damaged outside of the original repair estimate. The headlight was damaged so Dale’s took it upon themselves to purchase a new headlight and replace the one that they broke. This I feel was an honest mistake and applaud them for not putting the damaged one back on my vehicle. However, Not only did this incident delay getting our vehicle back when promised by several days but the new and other existing headlight now do not match and the vehicle looks atrocious with one New and one Old headlight. I mean if you are a reputable business go ahead and spend the extra $100-$150 bucks for the additional headlight so that they match. I feel that this was an attempt to cut corners; and deceive

I said yes, and they told me they would call me when they found a part. In fall of 2022, after months of hearing nothing from them, I called to check in. They informed me that they had not been looking for a part, but would start now and let me know. At this point I was very frustrated with their service, but gave them benefit of the doubt. I figured maybe something got lost within their system, and I’d give them another chance to figure it out. After all, things happen. Within about a month they called and said they had found a used part that would be significantly cheaper. I returned their call and said I would like that part, and they said they would order it and tell me when they were ready to schedule an appointment. It is now April 2023, over a year since my first conversation with them and 6 months since they claimed they had
