Jordan and Michael went above and beyond to keep me constantly informed as to the progress of my repairs. They fixed my car in a timely manner. Their customer service skills were excellent. They aren't doing state inspections, but their web site let's you schedule one. You don't find out until you take time off work and drive there for your appointment. They need to fix this!

The only thing that I did not like about the service was the constant misleading information. I was told several times that they was going to put my car in the bay to work on the tire and every time I called the car was still sitting outside, and, they would say it’s gonna take us 30 to 45 minutes to get it in the bay. My car had to stay overnight and when I asked him “is it going to stay in the bay? “They actually said it never made it to the bay. It’s going to stay outside , so I waited for five hours for them to get the car in the bay to fix the tire and the car, had never made it inside the building. Meanwhile, that’s what they constantly was telling me for hours. The misleading information was unnecessary Service: Tires
