Very good first experience (Charlie) service advisor is excellent at his job I ended up with great all season tires at great price. Will return for other services they offer in the future. Thank you Big O Tires ????

Horrible experience here with the "Assistant Manager", his name was Charlie. He was rude, back and forth on what the issue was, talked down to me because I am a female, and just out right terrible. He was not one bit helpful in my situation and talked to me as if I knew nothing about tires. He was not informative or helpful in any way. I am shocked they allow this type of person to be the "assistant manager". He tried to tell me the tires, that were IMPROPERLY aligned by them, were worn down because of the struts when he never even went out and looked at my car. He legit lied to my face and thought he could get away with it because I am a woman and he assumed I knew nothing about my truck or the tires. He was honestly the worst mechanic I have ever had to deal with and I do not think he should be allowed to be in a managerial position with his horrible attitude and lack of self awareness. They were very kind and fast! They didn't try to get me to fix anything that I didn’t need fixed. I got my brake pads and rotors replaced and they just informed me that I didn’t necessarily need to get the back ones changed because they still have several months. 10/10 would recommend!
