Nice people. Keys cafe is a short walk away for something to eat/ drink while waiting. Took my pickup in for alignment after 55000 miles. Turned out to amazingly still be in alignment, and they told me so which was much cheaper! Will go back.
Had an unexpected alternator issue which resulted in a tow. This was the nearest shop to my breakdown. Towed in on a Friday and was ready to pickup on Monday. Unfortunately on my drive from the shop my serpentine belt snapped. I called the shop and they immediately took accountability and had my car towed free of charge back to their shop. The very next day my car was ready to go. I applaud them for taking accountability that swiftly… it’s a rarity in the industry.
So glad to have found them back in 2017. Can't say enough great things about these guys! Straightforward, honest, and fair! One of the few ethical auto shops out there. I've sent my 335, 535, and X5 I always walk away happy that they did the maintenance and don't have that second guessing feeling you get from the dealer..."did I pay too much?"
