Tires Plus

A month ago I went in to get my tire fixed/patched from a flat I got. Next day after "fixing it" I got another flat. I have had a spare on for about a month now, until recently I got 4 brand new tires, I unfortunately I had to come to this location again because they were the only ones open on Sunday. Driving home again I got a flat!! Had to change it back to the spare. I went somewhere else to get it looked at and there is a broken valve stem (a bead that is supposed to be replaced when a tire is being changed and it kept falling out from what it sounded like being explained to me) TIRES PLUS should have caught this the very first time I took it in!!! Such a simple thing that has caused me so much frustration. This location has no idea what they are doing, and everyone is terrible at what they do. Everyone needs more training or needs to find a different career, because it doesn't suit anyone here. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Don't make the same mistake I did.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took it in for a brake inspection and made an appointment the next day to have them fixed… next morning noticed a dent on my front bumper!! Mechanic also failed my breathelyzer.. so they allow drinking on the job!? Refused my appointment for brakes and the front desk guy said they don’t have “insurance”. Do not take your car here!!!!

I went online to schedule an appointment for 12/26 at 11 am which was an open slot along with several other slots listed. I got a call after making my appt from the Apple valley TP saying they didn't have an 11 am slot open in fact they were booked up which I thought was strange being all the online appts available. I was told I could keep the 11 am appt and could drop my car off and they would do my oil change and tire rotation and call me for pickup. They were closing early that day so I would have to pickup by 5pm. Why have online slots for oil changes and tire rotations made available if the actual place is booked solid???
