Walmart Auto Care Centers

I was unable to get an oil change and purchase 2 tires. I went there at 9am, when they were supposed to be open. Not open til 9:30. 4 people were ahead of me and a 4 hour wait. I went back at 12:00 with 3 people ahead of me and was told they weren't taking any more cars that day. They close at 6pm. I am astonished they can't do 3 oil changes in 6 hours. Never wasting my time ever again.

Lack of customer service, hours fluctuate depending on the employees moods. They told me to come at 4 pm for oil change, the employees decided to close early, no reason given.

I went in today with a nail in my tire, and was told by TIRE PLUS I needed a whole new tire because they could tell by looking at it the side walls were compromised and there could be powder inside of the tire and it was non repairable. LIES! I brought my car to Walmart because I've had good experience in the past. First thing that is: Usually they are first come first serve. But, due to Black Friday, and the discounted price on Goodyear tires ($96), booked out to Dec 7 I expressed I desperately needed a tire because I had been driving on my spare for over a week, and was there anything they could do. There was another brand tire, for the same price. Douglas I said I wanted to buy two, and keep my good rear tire just in case. They agreed they would work me in today. I went shopping, and within less than 20 minutes I received a notification thru the Walmart app my car was done. WOWZERS!
